Shipping is FREE when order consists only of electronic gift cards, digital products like eBooks or AudioBooks, or any other product that can be downloaded electronically

You deserve to have a vibrant and fulfilling life. Ricardo will coach you through these life-changing principles. All we ask is you promise to open the box and actually listen. If you simply commit to doing that, YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. So, make a decision to maximize who you are, what you’re capable of, and what you get to enjoy out of this life. But don’t just read or listen to this program, DO IT!

Returns
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Supplements, Anti-Aging and Beauty Products are ineligible for return due to safety concerns. Books are also not returnable because Ricardo signs and dedicates each book at your name and therefore, once he writes on it, the book becomes unsalable to someone else.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@ricardochavez.com.com and send your item to 304 Indian Trace, Suite 542, Weston, FL 33326.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 304 Indian Trace, Suite 542, Weston, FL 33326.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For our non-US customers, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
